Call for Papers
"Folklore, Art, and Music of the Silk Road and Central Asia"
2015 Keimyung International Conference on Silk Road and Central Asia (KICSCA)
The Center for Silk Road and Central Asia (CenSCA) is organizing an international conference on "Folklore, Art, and Music of the Silk Road and Central Asia," scheduled to take place on October 15-17, 2015, at Keimyung University in Daegu, South Korea.
Scholars interested in participating are invited to submit proposals, including presentation title, along with an abstract (up to 300 words) and bio (up to 200 words), to
censca@kmu.ac.kr
by April 15, 2015. The conference languages will be English, Russian, and Korean.
The acceptance announcement will be made by May 15, 2015 and will be informed individually. Full texts of papers to be included in the conference proceedings should be submitted by August 15, 2015.
Funding is available to cover
international round-trip airfare, room and board during the conference. With the consent of the authors, presented papers will be peer-reviewed and published in a special issue of our newly founded academic journal
